Getting to our hotel once we reached London wasn’t as easy as we had hoped. I booked a place near Heathrow and the canals. Unfortunately due to our late arrival time the bus we should have caught finished for the day. On top of this we struggled to find our way out of Heathrow🤣
We ended up catching two trains and walking for half an hour to get to our hotel just before midnight. In the morning we walked along the canals and checked out the boats. It reminded me of the movie “chocolate” with Jonny Deep. We also found a lake area that had heaps of bird life much to Max’s discomfort.
In the afternoon we once again made our way to Heathrow and caught our flight to LA. I managed to complete my final mission in London, which was to find Toffee Poppets!
