Harry Potter

We got up nice and early so we wouldn't be late for our 10:30 Harry Potter Studio experience. We took a long train ride from Earls Court to Watford Junction this took about an hour. Halfway through the train ride we realised that we would be a bit late, that was until Dad looked at the tickets and saw our tour wasn't until 12. When we got to Watford Junction we had some time to kill so we resorted to our trusty time killer, walking around aimlessly.

We waited at the bus stop for about 5 minutes when an electric double decker bus pulled up and we got excited. Part way through the bus ride we watched a video made by the actor of Draco Malfoy he told us all of the health and safety and with that we were on our way. The sets in the tour included the Philosopher’s stone vault, Belitrix Lestrage’s vault, Diagon Alley, the burrow, the night bus and much more. We got some awsome photos and had a great time. My 2 favourite things were the videos about how each costume and character was designed and made. My favorite was a scale model of Hogwarts that was hand crafted and sculpted. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely go back.
Dad might even watch the rest of the movies after our visit!

Max

It’s been a few years now since I became a Harry Potter fan after reading the books to Max. The experience of being able to walk through the detailed sets from the movies was jaw dropping, (I say this because part of the fun was watching people turn the corner onto a different set and watch their jaw drop open). Being able to walk through the great hall, the Forbidden Forest, Gringots and Diagon Alley was simply amazing!
